Use of cookies and local storage
The application uses technical cookies needed to sign in, protect forms, maintain account security and ensure operation integrity. These cookies do not require consent because they are necessary to provide the requested service.
It may also use browser local or session storage to remember functional preferences, drafts, interface state or acceptance notices inside the application.
Expected technical cookies
| Element | Purpose | Duration | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|
| PHP session cookie | Maintain authenticated session and form security. | Session or configured technical period | First party |
| Technical security tokens | Validate operations, protect APIs and prevent misuse. | Session or configured technical period | First party |

Analytics or advertising cookies
Under the current site configuration, no analytics or third-party advertising cookies are used. If non-necessary cookies are added in the future, an information and prior consent mechanism will be shown.
Third-party services
The site may load external technical resources, such as fonts or interface libraries, needed to present and run the page. These providers may receive technical connection data, such as IP address, under their own terms.
YouTube videos
The home page and the BIM design page show a video from our YouTube channel. The video does not load until you click to play it: before that, only an image hosted on this site is shown. When you play it, it loads from youtube-nocookie.com (Google Ireland Limited), which may use cookies and receive technical connection data, such as your IP address, under its own privacy policy. If you prefer not to load it, you can watch the video directly on YouTube.
Browser management
The user may block, delete or limit cookies and local storage from browser settings. If necessary technical elements are blocked, some application functions may stop working correctly.
